Mom’s Night Out (MNO)

We get together one Thursday night each
month for food, fun and fellowship!

"Honey, it's Mommy's turn..."

Now and then, moms need a couple of hours away, without the kiddos, to relax and chit-chat with other adults. (Infants welcome!)

We have monthly outings that usually fall into one of two categories:

Dinner and a topic:

We've thoroughly enjoyed dining at "Mis Arados," a wonderful Mexican restaurant in Sparta, N.C., where discussions have developed on many enjoyable topics such as "How to make the most of your NCHE homeschool conference experience" and more.

Presentation night:

The library in Independence, Va., has been a great place for presentations! Michelle, our MNO Coordinator, has been so gracious to provide our ladies with helpful information on topics such as "Feed your freezer - Bulk Cooking" and "The Family Table," and more.
