HHO is for the entire family!

Christian fellowship in a relaxed setting, online AND in-person

Homeschoolers Hang Out...

A concept born out of the desire to connect with local homeschooling families and form new friendships.

Homeschoolers Hang Out (HHO) has been connecting home educators in our local community, forming a sense of “neighborhood” online and in-person, since September, 2006. From this connection sprouts good old-fashioned Christian fellowship. This fellowship lays the groundwork for family friendships. We are building our community on the foundation of Christian principles and hospitality. Wonderful things are happening as a result.

With HHO, it does not matter what curriculum you use with your child. Although we do not necessarily focus on academics, we do enhance the academic process, in that we all come together and share ideas about what is working for us, what we plan to try next, etc. We glean from one another ideas on scheduling, lesson planning, setting goals for our children and handling behavioral issues (with our kids AND ourselves! ;-) We lean on one another and share.

HHO - A relaxed, friendly atmosphere online and in-person

HHO - Providing wholesome social opportunities for local home educators in Sparta, N.C., and surrounding communities since September, 2006.
